The service includes pickup, washing, folding, and delivery directly to your doorstep, providing a comprehensive laundry management experience.

The process initiates with the creation of a complimentary Tumble account and the provision of your specific laundry care preferences. Customers can select a preferred time and date for a Tumble Associate to collect their laundry. The team then handles washing, drying, and folding in accordance with the instructions provided during registration. Prior to delivery, a confirmation notification is sent via text or email to confirm the preferred drop-off time. The typical delivery timeframe ranges from 2 to 4 days.
